Bonus Qualification Requirements
There are main requirements for a distributor to be eligible to earn all of the bonuses and commissions
available in the SendOutCards Compensation Plan. Specific bonuses may have extra requirements to qualify to receive them. Additional requirements will be addressed in the specific bonus.
Compensation Plan Details Page 3 Updated 5/26/2015
The main requirements are:
A. 31 in PCV (Personal and Customer Volume). PCV can be generated by your own purchases or by
the purchases of your personal customers.
B. Activate 2 of any Splash Pak codes, enroll 1 Preferred Customer (with $39 subscription), or
enroll 2 Retail Customers (with $9.80 subscription) – in order to receive multiple types of
bonuses. This is referred to as customer qualified or meeting the customer requirement.
C. Q Qualified: this means you have at least 93 in PCV in addition to 1 Preferred Customer (with
$39 subscription), or 2 Retail Customers (with $9.80 subscription). All distributors are
considered Q Qualified for bonuses and commissions within their first 30 days of joining.
D. All weekly bonuses must be earned within 90 days of the new distributor joining – except the
Fast Start Bonus, which must be earned within 7 days of becoming a distributor.
(Note: All qualifications for any bonus or commission are based on U.S. Eastern Time Zone. Any special promotions for contests or other events may have different requirements and will be specified.)
The “Qualification Period” is the timeframe used to determine if you qualified to be paid the bonus that is being evaluated for that bonus period. We use the last 35 days from the bonus period end date. If you enroll a new MD on the first day of the month and we are paying a twice-weekly bonus, we look back the past 35 days prior to the first day of the month to see if you are qualified to receive the bonus. On a twice-weekly bonus we would look back 35 days from the ending Saturday of the bonus period to determine if you were qualified to receive the bonus. For the monthly bonus, we look back 35 days from the last day of the calendar month to determine if you are qualified for the monthly bonus. If you are not qualified during the qualification period, then the bonus will not be paid.
What Counts as a Preferred Customer and Retail Customer?
To simplify this document and other marketing materials, those customers with a $39 subscription are
herein referred to as Preferred Customers, and those who purchase the $9.80 subscription are herein
referred to as Retail Customers.
How Do I Qualify for and Earn Bonuses/Commissions?
Customer Direct Retail Profits
You can earn a retail profit when you sell card, gift, Photo Store product, and/or Splash Paks codes
directly to your customer, who then pays you directly. You use your personal points, expense, or credit
card, and then collect the money directly from your customer as way of payment. Customers may
purchase a card shared through Sendcere for $1.98. The distributor earns $0.93 in PCV and $1.98 is paid
through the Customer Commission structure.
Splash Paks may be purchased for $150, which includes 10 Preferred Customer Splash Pak codes. Each
code comes with 100 bonus points and 2 stamps. The value of 100 bonus points, if purchased at the
Preferred Customer price, is $0.39 each – or more than a $39 value per Preferred Customer Splash Pak
code. If you sell a Preferred Customer Splash Pak code for $39 then you earn $24 from Customer Direct
Retail Profits. International upgrades are available so your customer can send cards outside of the U.S.
and international postage is included.
Mini Splash Paks may be purchased for $78, which includes 10 Mini Splash Pak codes. Each code comes
with 25 bonus points and 2 stamps. The value of the 25 bonus points, if purchased at the Preferred
Customer price, is $0.39 each – or more than a $9.75 value per Mini Splash Pak code. If you sell a Mini
Splash Pak code for $9.75, then you earn $2.95 from Customer Direct Retail Profits. International
upgrades are available so your customer can send cards outside of the U.S. and international postage is
included.

Sendcere Card Sharing Kits include 10 pre-paid greeting cards for $25 or 70 pre-paid greeting cards for
$150. These cards allow people to send a card for free when sending through Sendcere. Upon sending,
the person will become a Pay As You Go customer. Pre-paid greeting cards include postage.
International upgrades are available so your customer can send cards outside of the U.S. and
international postage is included.
The Sendcere Dual Sharing Kit includes 10 Mini Splash Pak account codes (including 25 bonus points and
2 stamps) and 30 pre-paid greeting cards. This kit can be used by any SendOutCards distributor to share
accounts and cards. Mini Splash Paks include postage for 2 stamps, and pre-paid greeting cards include
postage. International upgrades are available so your customer can send cards outside of the U.S. and
international postage is included.
(Note: For residents other than the U.S., should you engage in retail sales, you are responsible for any sales or
other taxes (GST/HST/VAT/IVA) to be collected and must remit these on your own to your countries tax
authorities.)
Fast Start Bonus
When a new distributor activates 2 of any Splash Pak codes, enrolls 1 new Preferred Customer
(with $39 subscription), or enrolls 2 new Retail Customers (with $9.80 subscription) within the
first 7 days of becoming a distributor, SendOutCards will send that new distributor a one-time
$50 bonus.
Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB)
The CAB pays $140 to the sponsoring distributor when they enroll a new distributor at the MD
level and then assist that MD with activating 2 Splash Pak codes of any kind enrolling 1 new
Preferred Customer (with $39 subscription), or 2 new Retail Customers (with $9.80
subscription). The bonus will not be released to the sponsoring distributor until the customers
and subscriptions have been fully registered in the sponsoring distributor’s business office. New
MDs have 90 days to bring on these customers, from their distributor join date, for the CAB to
be released to the sponsoring distributor.
Leadership Bonus
Leadership Bonuses are paid to the upline encoded Manager through Eagle on new distributors
brought in at the MD level. Encoded leaders must be Q Qualified in order to receive the
Leadership Bonus. The bonus will not be released until the new MD has 2 Splash Pak codes of
any kind, 1 new Preferred Customer (with $39 subscription), or 2 new Retail Customers (with
$9.80 subscription), which is the same requirement that releases the CAB. New MDs have 90
days to bring on these customers, from their distributor join date, for the Leadership bonus to
be released. The bonus is paid out to the following codes in the stated amounts:
Coding Group Payout Amount
Manager $100.00
Senior Manager $50.00
Executive $30.00
Senior Executive $10.00
Eagle $5.00
Compensation Plan Details Page 5 Updated 5/26/2015
If a distributor holds multiple coding(s), they will receive the amounts for all coding(s) they hold.
For example, if a distributor is a Senior Manager, who brings on a new MD on their first level,
and qualifies to receive the Leadership Bonus based on that new MD, the distributor would
receive $190 because they hold the Manager and Senior Manager code on that new MD. The
remaining Leadership Bonuses would be paid to the leaders above them who hold the additional
coding.
Additional Sponsor/Coded Leadership Bonuses
A Sponsor and Coded Leadership Bonus will be paid on items detailed below. When a distributor
purchases one of these items, their sponsor earns the sponsor portion of the bonus, and the
coded upline receives the coded leadership portion. All distributors must be Q Qualified in order
to receive these bonuses.

Monthly Manager Bonus Pool
The Monthly Manager Bonus Pool is made up of 1% of all global customer volume and is divided
and paid to active participants each month. To qualify for the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool you
must be a Manager or above and have at least 93 in subscription volume, of which 31 may come
from your own subscription. In addition to these requirements, you must complete A, B or C
below. Option C may be completed multiple times a month for multiple shares of the pool when
the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool payout occurs.
A. Enroll 3 new distributors in a calendar month who each meet their customer requirement
within the same calendar month.*
B. Obtain a total of 10 or more new Preferred Customers (with $39 subscription**) each
calendar month, 2 of which need to be personally enrolled. Preferred Customers from your
personally enrolled distributors in the calendar month will also count toward the total
number of required customers for a single share of the pool***.
C. Rank advance to any rank, Manager or above, for the first time and receive a share in the
pool each time you rank advance.
*For the first time rank advancement to Manager, achieving two shares using options A and C: If option C is
achieved then option A may only be achieved in the same month with a completely new set of personally
sponsored distributors who each meet their customer requirement. If you rank advance more than one
time in a calendar month, you will receive a share in the pool for each rank advancement. For example, if
Compensation Plan Details Page 6 Updated 5/26/2015
you become a Manager for the first time in a month and then rank advance to Senior Manager in the same
month, you will receive two shares of the pool that month.
**Customer does not count as a Preferred Customer (with a $39 subscription) until the subscription runs for
the first time. Any customer who joins with a Splash Pak in one month and upgrades to a $39 subscription
for the first time in a subsequent month will be counted as a new Preferred Customer with a new $39
subscription the subsequent month. Any customer that has never had a subscription previously that
becomes a Preferred Customer by purchasing a $39 subscription will be counted as a new Preferred
Customer for the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool. Any customer who has previously had any subscription of
any type, active or inactive, and then upgrades to a Preferred Customer by purchasing a $39 subscription
will not count as a new customer for Monthly Manager Bonus Pool qualification.
***If a distributor’s only share in the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool is by option B, new qualifying customers
from new distributors will be counted toward achieving qualification.
Example 1 – Sally signed up as a new distributor on April 1st, and then personally sponsored
three new distributors who each activated 2 Splash Pak codes, making her a Manager. Sally
personally set up 10 new Preferred Customers (with a $39 subscription) that ran in the month of
April. Sally has a personal $31 subscription that ran in April. Sally will receive two shares of
April’s Monthly Manager Bonus Pool under options B and C.
Example 2 – Barbara signed up as a distributor in March and personally sponsored one
distributor who activated 2 Splash Pak codes. In April, Barbara enrolled 2 new distributors one
of which activated 2 Splash Pak codes. The other set up 2 new Preferred Customers (with a $39
subscription that ran that month). Barbara set up 6 new Preferred Customers (with a $39
subscription) that ran in the month of April. Barbara has a personal $31 subscription that ran in
April. Barbara became a Manager in April. Barbara would receive 1 share of the pool for
becoming a Manager in April under option C, but would not receive a second share in the
Monthly Manager Bonus Pool.
Example 3 – Susan is a Manager and enrolled 3 new distributors who each met the customer
requirement. Susan added 2 new Preferred Customers (with a $39 subscription). Susan then
became a Senior Manager that month. Susan qualified for 2 shares of the Monthly Manager
Bonus Pool using option A and C, but did not get a third share under option B.
Example 4 - Susan is a Senior Manager and enrolled 3 new distributors who each met the
customer requirement. Susan also set up 10 new Preferred Customers (with a $39 subscription
that ran that month). Susan qualified for the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool using option A, and
received a second share under option B.
Example 5 – Robert is a Senior Manager and enrolled 2 new distributors who each met the
customer requirement by adding one Preferred Customer (with a $39 subscription that ran that
month) each. Robert added 8 new Preferred Customers (with a $39 subscription that ran that
month). Robert did not qualify to receive a share in the Monthly Manager Bonus Pool under
option A, however, he did qualify under option B.

Customer Commissions
Customer Commissions are paid on purchases made by customers. Customers purchase points
on a Pay As You Go basis or subscription using the chart below:
Number of Points – Retail Price Per Point Volume Per Point
1 - 99 $0.66 $0.31
100 - 199 $0.59 $0.31
200 - 349 $0.49 $0.31
350+ $0.43 $0.31
Retail Subscription (20 points minimum) $0.49 $0.31
Preferred Subscription (100 points minimum) $0.39 $0.31
When a customer purchases points at $0.39 or greater, you earn Customer Commissions on the
full amount the customer pays per point. Some customers may have a subscription where points
are purchased at $0.31 each; there is no Customer Commission paid on these purchases
because the points are purchased at the lowest wholesale price ($0.31). The volume on $0.31
points is paid out in the 7-Level Downline Commission. Customer Commissions are paid out at
20%. The distributor must have at least 31 PCV to qualify to receive Customer Commissions.
Let’s look at a couple of examples. Example 1, Sally has 10 customers on a $9.80 subscription
totaling $98.00 in sales. She also has a subscribing customer who purchased 100 points at $0.39
= $39.00 in sales. Sally has several friends and neighbors who purchase a combined total of 500
points at the $0.66 price point = $330.00 in sales. Sally’s total sales are $98.00 + $39.00 +
$330.00 = $467.00; Sally’s Customer Commission would be $467.00 X 20% = $93.40.
Example 2, Sally has 5 customers on a $39.00 Subscription and 5 customers on a $9.80
Subscription for $244.00 in Subscription sales. This month, Sally’s friends and neighbors
purchase a combined total of 300 points at the $0.66 price point or $198.00 in sales. Sally’s total
sales are $244.00 + $198.00 = $442.00; Sally’s Customer Commission would be $442.00 X 20% =
$88.40.
(Note: These are hypothetical examples intended solely to illustrate how the Customer
Commission is calculated. SendOutCards makes no guarantee that you will be successful or will
earn an income. Your success depends on your individual effort, sales skill, and leadership
abilities.)
7-Level Downline Commission
The Downline Commission is paid out on levels 0 through 7 of the distributor’s downline
genealogy. To qualify to be paid on level 0 and 1, distributors must have a minimum 31 in PCV.
To qualify to be paid on levels 2 through 7, distributors must also have 2 Splash Pak codes, 1
Preferred Customer ($39 subscription), or 2 Retail Customers ($9.80 subscription). The
percentages paid out on each level are found in the chart below:
Compensation Plan Details Page 8 Updated 5/26/2015
Level % Payout
0 5%
1 2%
2 2%
3 2%
4 2%
5 2%
6 2%
7 5%
Zero level commissions are paid on volume purchased by the distributor. The distributor may
also be paid on personal customers who make purchases that do not qualify for Customer
Commissions. Zero level commissions are not paid on customer purchases that are paid out in
the Customer Commission. Volume paid on levels 1 – 7 are based on the total volume of the
distributor at the given level. This volume total includes the volume amount that was made by
all customer purchases, including those volumes paid as Customer Commissions on the zero
level. This volume can come from the purchase of points or gifts that carry volume. This means
that if your front line distributor was paid Customer Commissions on one of their customers
with a Preferred Customer Subscription ($39), assuming you are qualified, you would receive 2%
of $31 in volume from that customer’s subscription.
Leadership Volume Commission
The Leadership Volume Commission is paid out on unlimited levels, to unlimited depth. The
percentage paid is based on the coding that the leader has on the distributor they are being paid
on. To qualify to receive the Leadership Volume Commission, the leader must be Q Qualified.
The chart presented below assumes that the leader has full coding on the distributor they are
being paid on. If a distributor does not have full coding, they will only be paid the percentage for
the coding they have.
Leader’s Rank % paid to unlimited levels
Manager 5%
Senior Manager 10%
Executive 15%
Senior Executive 20%
Eagle 25%

Rank Advancement
Upon joining SendOutCards, each distributor starts as a Qualified Distributor. As a Qualified Distributor,
you may either be an Independent Distributor (ID) or a Marketing Distributor (MD), depending on which
option you chose when you became a distributor.
What are the Ranks in SendOutCards?
The current ranks for distributors are as follows:
Qualified Distributor (Dist)
Independent Distributor (ID)
Marketing Distributor (MD)
Manager (Man)
Senior Manager (Sr. Man)
Executive (Exec)
Senior Executive (Sr. Exec)
Eagle (Eagle)
How Do I Advance from One Rank to the Next?
To become a Qualified Distributor you must join as an ID or an MD. The ID joins free and places a $50
refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon request if ID quits and requests a refund.
Distributors may also join as an MD by purchasing the Marketing Distributor Package for $395. Although
this package is recommended, it is not required. Both IDs and MDs must meet the same requirements to
be paid and to rank advance. Both IDs and MDs must pay an annual renewal fee to remain a distributor.
Distributors who do not renew or are otherwise not active and do not count toward rank advancement.
The current fee is $59.00, which is due on the anniversary date of their enrollment.
Rank advancement takes place when all requirements to rank advance are met. Rank advancements
may take up to 24 hours to process and be reflected in your business office. Each rank is described in the
following sections:
1. Manager:
To become a Manager you must have accomplished the following:
A) Activate 2 new Splash Pak codes of any kind, 1 new Preferred Customer (with $39
subscription), or 2 new Retail Customers (with $9.80 subscription).
B) At least 3 personally sponsored MDs who activate 2 new Splash Pak codes of any
kind, 1 new Preferred Customer (with $39 subscription), or 2 new Retail Customers
(with $9.80 subscriptions).

How Does Coding Work?
When a new distributor signs up, they are attached (or coded) to the person who sponsored them. The new distributor inherits the coding of their sponsor. Each distributor is coded to only one of each rank (Man, Sr. Man, Exec, Sr. Exec, and Eagle). The way a new distributor inherits their coding is by first inheriting the coding of their sponsor. Example, if the new distributor’s sponsor is a Senior Manager, that sponsor will be coded to them as the Man and Sr. Man. The new distributor would then inherit the sponsor’s upline coding for Exec, Sr. Exec, and Eagle. When a new distributor receives their coding, that coding does not change. Using our previous example, if the distributor’s sponsor becomes an Executive later on, the new distributor’s coding does not change – it remains the same.
What Do “Bonus Period” and “Qualification Period” Mean?
All bonus and qualification periods are based on U.S. Eastern Time Zone. The “Bonus Period” for twice weekly bonuses are run twice in the calendar week of Sunday through Saturday. Monthly bonus periods are run the first day of the calendar month to the last day of the calendar month.
