My name is Heba Ahmed Malki. I am the co-owner of domilya Group.

domilya GROUP is a home renovation building and contracting company. We have been in business for more than 10 years.

I was looking for a way to keep in touch thank my clients but also keep a sincere relationship with them.

We were lacking away to improve our way to stay in touch with our past, present and future clients.

I knew Melissa who is a local SendOutCards Executive for a few years through a networking group we are both belong to. I never knew or understood what she did. I just knew she was happy...always happy!!!

At the same time, I was just thrown into the business after being laid off from my executive job. I was trying to understand what I needed to do or have to do to stay afloat. Now let's fast forward a few years, Melissa and I ended up being in the same BNI and we both decided to go have a lunch meeting to learn more about each other businesses. During our lunch meeting, she talked about SendOutCards and how it keeps her organized, saves time and money. At that point, my ears perk up. She also explained about the campaigns and the CRM system and how you do the work once and let the system automatically stay in touch with clients. I LOVE IT!!!

I was very very excited, even though my husband and I run our home renovations company domilya GROUP to start a new adventure. I was glad we went out to lunch that day with Melissa because in the back of my mind I was looking for something else to do to generate a plan B income... My Husband got really ill last year and it scared me. The thoughts that use to come across in my head "What if he was ever was not able to work again? What would we do? We rely on him as the breadwinner and the income-earner even though I help; if it is not for his hands and talents and skills there would be no way that we would have an income coming to the house.

So I signed up as a distributor and told Melissa "I don't want to be involved with anything! I don't have time I can not do this stuff signed me up as a distributor but I have a lot of friends that I know that I can refer that would be very interested". I just want to be a referring partner.

Melissa and I sat down I introduce her to my business associates, friends and vendors we use and showing them how amazing the system is and in less than 45 days I moved up two levels to a Senior Manager and made a great dent in my start of Send Out Cards business.

I'm really proud of how SendOutCards has helped my business tremendously by staying in touch with my clients from past, present and future as well as staying in touch with people that I meet through networking groups and letting them know I appreciate them taking their time to sit down with me and introduce me to what they do.

I also wanted to mention that I have won one of my biggest contracts with a simple $2 card which was building a medical building. By having a personal touch of thanking clients for the opportunity to quote. It makes me, My husband and my company stand out over the rest!

I also did a test marketing campaign by touching base with my 2011 clients and just sent them a card saying "I'm thinking of you and I hope you and your family are all well" within two weeks I have received several jobs, as well as landed three more referrals that are in the process of closing them.

So every month I go back and touch base with clients because for me it is about building relationships and showing appreciation. Currently, we are booked six months ahead because of how amazing this system works with my own marketing. People want to feel appreciated and respected and SendOutCards is amazing that way.
